I am writing to inform you that our marketing department will be relocating to the newly renovated 5th floor of the Harmon Building on Monday, April 7. The new space offers larger meeting rooms, improved natural lighting, and a dedicated collaboration area.

To ensure a smooth move, please pack all personal belongings into the labeled boxes that will be delivered to your desk no later than April 3. Mark each box clearly with your name and current desk number. The IT department will handle all computers and phones, so please leave those untouched.

A brief orientation tour of the new floor will take place on April 8 at 10:00 A.M. Attendance is required for all marketing staff. Please contact me directly if you have any scheduling conflicts.
